We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any of our products received, we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Returns and exchanges for online orders will be accepted where the product is returned in its original condition. This includes item not to have been worn, altered or washed. Your returned product must also have the original packaging and MUST also have the original tags still attached. Arrange your return here.
Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us asap, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Otherwise we will let you know if it is too late.
We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. When the return is received, we’ll email you about the refund within 24 hours.
No, we are online business only. All order, exchange is by post only. Unfortunately pick up option is not available.

Unfortunately We can not guarantee the delivery time simply the delivery is out of our control. Australian Post delivery is usually on time, but post delay can happen. However we guarantee your order is to be send out ASAP.

If this happens we will inform you immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly became out of stock. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 12 hours.
We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then provided you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorisation form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
